• Pre-embedded Reinforcing Ribs or Fixtures

Upon request, we seamlessly integrate aluminum alloy profiles or other metallic reinforcements into PET foam panels, significantly bolstering their overall rigidity to fulfill the needs of specialized applications. Leveraging a high-precision CNC router, we precisely pre-cut grooves in the foam core for swift and accurate results. Following the insertion of these reinforcements, the foam core and skins are thermally bonded to create a resilient sandwich-structured panel. Optionally, we can embed fixtures such as metal blocks at specified locations to further enhance fixation during subsequent component installations.

• Drill precise holes and embed nuts

As PET foam panel is a thermoplastic material, it is possible to utilize ultrasonic welding machines to achieve rapid and efficient pre-embedding of nuts into the panel, which brings great convenience to customers for subsequent installation work. Through this ultrasonic welding process, the bonding strength between the nuts and the PET foam panel is exceptionally high, ensuring a stable and reliable connection.
